Our Commitment Every print and framed work is custom-made to order specifically for you. Because our museum-grade Giclée prints and handcrafted wood frames are produced upon purchase, all sales are final and non-refundable.
Damaged Items
If your art arrives damaged, please notify us within 3 days of delivery. To initiate a replacement:
• Contact us at kpmphotoart@gmail.com or via our Contact Page.
• Provide photo verification of the damaged product and packaging. Once verified, we will issue a replacement at no additional cost to you.
Order Accuracy & Shipping
• Address Accuracy: Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We are unable to reship or refund items lost due to incorrect address details provided at the time of order.
• Shipping Costs: Standard shipping is included in the listed price for all online orders unless otherwise stated at checkout.
• Custom Commissions: Shipping and specialized packing charges for custom commissions or oversized works will be quoted separately.
